ReadyCar ® sells used vehicles to both consumers and businesses. These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and transactions made through our platform.

The current version of these Terms and Conditions can be accessed, saved, and printed from our website at any time.

2. Formation of Contract

Vehicle listings on our website are not binding offers but invitations to make an offer.

By clicking "Buy Now," you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected vehicle. We will review your order and confirm acceptance via email. The contract is formed upon our acceptance of your offer or delivery of the vehicle, whichever comes first.

3. Additional Services

In addition to vehicle sales, ReadyCar ® offers various additional services including:

Vehicle registration and documentation Financing options through our partners Extended warranty programs Delivery and logistics services Additional fees apply for these optional services as indicated during the purchase process.

4. Payment Terms

The total purchase price, including any additional services, is due immediately upon contract formation. Payment must be made within the specified timeframe (typically 60 days) via bank transfer to the account details provided on your invoice.

Delivery of the vehicle is subject to receipt of full payment. Late payments may result in interest charges and cancellation of the order.

5. Delivery and Collection

Once payment is confirmed, we will arrange a delivery date and location with you. You may choose to collect the vehicle from our location or arrange delivery to your address.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery of the vehicle. We will provide all necessary documentation including registration papers and technical inspection certificates.

6. Warranty

All vehicles sold by ReadyCar ® come with a standard warranty. Consumer customers benefit from statutory warranty rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Extended warranty options are available for purchase and provide additional coverage for specified vehicle components.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or modifications made after purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReadyCar ® is liable for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Our liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

This limitation of liability does not apply to injury to life, body, or health, or to liability under mandatory consumer protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ReadyCar ® website, including text, images, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

ReadyCar ® reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law for transactions in Belgium and Portuguese law for transactions in Portugal.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium or Portugal, as applicable, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
