Terms and Conditions for Professionals

Welcome to ReadyCar ®. These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to business customers (professionals, enterprises, VAT-liable parties). By visiting the Site and using our Services, you declare that you have fully read and accepted these Terms.
1. Applicability and General Provisions
These Terms apply to all orders placed through the Site by professionals and enterprises. You acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts on behalf of your enterprise. Additional agreements apply to B2B sales in accordance with these terms.
2. Seller Identity and Information Obligations
ReadyCar ® is a sole proprietorship for the resale of vehicles. Our identity: sole proprietorship {{companyLegalNameBelgium}}, business number {{companyVatNumberBelgium}}, address {{companyRegisteredAddressLine1Belgium}}, {{companyRegisteredAddressLine2Belgium}}, email: {{companyEmailBelgium}}. For each vehicle we provide: brand, model, year of manufacture, mileage, fuel type, color, equipment, CO2 emissions, and for used vehicles: Car-Pass. Prices are exclusive of VAT for professional customers.
3. Offer and Vehicle Descriptions
3.1 Vehicle Descriptions
All displayed vehicle specifications are based on data provided by suppliers and/or manufacturers. Professional customers are expected to verify the accuracy of this data themselves before purchase.
3.2 Availability
All offers are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, any payments already made will be fully refunded.
3.3 Promotions and Price Listings
Any promotions or discounts are only valid if confirmed in writing.
4. Order Process
Orders are binding from the moment of written confirmation and payment. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
5. Price and Payment
5.1 Pricing
All prices for professional customers are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payment Methods
Payment must be made via bank transfer within the agreed payment term. Full payment must be made before delivery.
5.3 Non-Payment
In case of late payment, we are entitled to charge interest of 10% per annum on the amount due, as well as a fixed compensation of at least €250.
6. Delivery and Transport
6.1 Delivery Time
The expected delivery time is 3–15 working days. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
6.2 Transport
Delivery is carried out by a professional carrier. Transport costs are exclusive and invoiced separately.
6.3 Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon physical handover of the vehicle.
6.4 Documents at Delivery
Upon delivery, the buyer receives: the Car-Pass, the inspection certificate, and the vehicle manual (if available).
8. Warranties and Conformity
8.1 Legal Warranty
For professional customers, the legal warranty as established in the Civil Code applies. The buyer is obliged to report a detected defect immediately in writing.
8.2 Manufacturer's Warranty
If applicable, the manufacturer's warranty transfers to the buyer. Warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.
8.3 Liability and Limitations
Our contractual and non-contractual liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price. We are in no event liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, or consequential damage.
9. Intellectual Property
All Site content (text, images, logos) is the property of ReadyCar ® or licensors, protected by copyright and trademark law.
10. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Professional customers must use the Site in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Misuse may result in immediate suspension of access.
11. Privacy and Data Processing
Business data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR. For B2B relationships, additional processing agreements may apply.
12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is exclusively governed by Belgian law. In case of disputes, the competent courts of Leuven have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for non-performance of our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control.
